Our converted farmhouse has seven bedrooms, all en-suite. For the cooler seasons they have heated towel rails and electric wall heaters. The ground floor consists of a large comfortable lounge complete with a bar area and wood burning fire. Leading off the lounge you will find the following, a large fully equipped galley kitchen, a separate dining room leading to a conservatory and a bedroom with twin beds. There is also a separate toilet by the stairs taking you to the first floor. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, 2 with twin beds, 1 with a double and single bed and 1 which can be either a superking sized bed or twin beds (the choice is yours!). Also stairs leading to the second floor which has 2 family sized bedrooms both containing 1 double and 3 single beds. Also available are 2 'Z' Beds and 2 Travel cots.

Outside is your own private parking area attached to the enclosed very large garden (over 3000m2) which offers a golf chipping/play area, a comfortable covered patio / BBQ area, a 9.6m x 4.6m terraced solar heated swimming pool (Securely fenced for safety of small children), outdoor table tennis and a gravel court for Boules and Pallet. The large secluded private garden is for your use only except for an occassional visit by us to carry out essential maintenance and gardening duties etc.
